Chad Gregory

Chad Gregory is a Clifton Park native who has proudly called this community home for 40 years. Born and raised here, Chad built his life, family, and businesses right in the town he loves. With his wife’s unwavering support and as the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Chad is deeply invested in keeping Clifton Park a strong, safe, and family-focused community for generations to come.

As a lifelong resident and entrepreneur, Chad has developed real estate locally and successfully grown three businesses — most notably, Next Generation Roofing. His company is recognized not only for its craftsmanship but also for its dedication to giving back. Each year, Chad and his team give away a new roof to a local veteran to honor their service. He also partners with CAPTAIN Community Human Services, working to support families in Clifton Park and beyond during times of need. Whether through organizing donation drives for neighbors displaced by fire or supporting local charities, Chad has always believed in neighbors helping neighbors.

Now running for Clifton Park Town Board, Chad is committed to being the Next Generation of Leadership. His priorities are ensuring responsible growth, protecting the quality of life that makes Clifton Park so special, and keeping local government transparent and accountable to the people. With four decades of hometown roots, proven leadership in business and philanthropy, and the steadfast support of his family, Chad is ready to bring energy, experience, and heart to serving our community.
