Phil was recently elected to his 13th two-year term as Town/County Supervisor of the Town of Clifton Park. He also serves as Chairman of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors. Phil was last employed in the private sector as a VP with Key Bank. A former Army Officer and proud Dad, Phil enjoys his time with family most of all.
